    date of contract 2/13/24 was told that the job would be done in 4 days the date today is 4/28/24 and the job is not finished. I also was no t told that the glass would be done by a third party. so far I have paid them 8000,00 to start the work.

    Job was completed on May 10th.  We are now waiting on final payment from customer.  Design Consultant that sold project is no longer with our company.  Contract was through Lowes and complete.

    I had an issue with a bath liner in a bathroom they had done. I connected them to see if it was under warranty and they looked it up and said it was (recorded on phone call). Their office then called me and said they would send someone to look at the issues. A Man came out to look at it and was here for about 3 hours towards the end I heard banging so I went in to see what he was doing and he was pounding a long screwdriver under the liner to try and get to the water, I ask if this is safe and he said yes he does this all the time. He ended up crashing the liner and said he could not get to the water (mind you he never asked for permission to do any work before this). He then waited for a guy to come i had to leave for work and when I got him is saw he just put some new melted molding that was white the liner was tan and it looked terrible. I called the office to tell them what happened and that their man damaged the liner and replied it was in a way that was both cosmetically and its integrity was still bad. The office said it was under warranty and they would submit it to corptait (also recorded phone call). then 2 weeks later she told me it was denied and not under warranty. I asked multiple times to speak to the *** but I never got a call i even contacted the main office and they said they talked to them as it was the repairman's fault. All rebath offered was a new white tub that I'd have to get installed when it was a tan tub-liner over a tub that was damaged by their employee who never had the otherization to do anything in the first place. The Man they sent did inform me they no longer do these Liners, but that is not my fault, it was not damaged before he came under a warranty-approved call you cannot tell me twice is under warranty then cause damage and say on it is not now. they need to make this right. We could have tried to work it out if they don't do liners maybe turn it into a shower, but this is not a cost that should fill just on me.

    A service representative was sent out to ******************** home, to take care of the issue that incurred.  Protocol was not followed by the Re-Bath representative and the lack of communication to the customer further complicated an already unfortunate situation.  In addition, **************** did not receive the customer service that each of our employees are required to give.  We acknowledge that the lack of response to **************** is unacceptable and are sorry for the inconvenience and frustration he endured to the point of filing a BBB complaint (understandably so).  Once we received the complaint we discovered our negligence.  Since then **************** has been contacted and came to the Re-Bath showroom to see what his options are.  We are currently working with him and will not be content until **************** is happy with the solution that we agree upon.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    They Are Coming out to Replace the Shower/tub at no cost to me, I have picked out the martials and they are calling me today to setup an installation.
