Within the past 3-4 weeks I received a rebuilt ******* e-bike battery that I sent over 3 months ago to e-bike marketplace. The first two times I used the battery I had it plugged into the charger each time for over a week, no problem. The third time I used the battery (today, 9/22/23) the battery was almost dead, even though it was on the charger for over 3-4 days. I called and spoke with a customer service man at e-bike ********************** and explained the situation. Instead of offering to remedy the defective rebuild, he insisted that I shouldn't have left the battery on the charger. I explained that the battery had been left on the charger for two previous occasions and held a full charge, but not the third time. Also, the two ******* batteries I have were left on the charger all during our 3 month winter in **** without any problem with charging. He then hung up on me. I attempted to call him back over 8 times and he never picked up the phone, nor did anyone else from the company answer my calls. I read online that other people had similar problems with being scammed by the company or experienced poor customer service as well as no one answering their calls over months. I want a full refund of my $600 (550 for the battery plus $50 shipping charge they assigned).
