    Googled couples massage *********. Got this place. NOWHERE NEAR *********. The website said $88 for a couples massage. I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior for 10AM. When I got there, they told me it was $68 per person, as the $88 price was for members. Very disappointing. Only when you actually book the appointment and scroll until the end does it specify $88 for members only. We waited 20 minutes before I got up and asked how much longer it was going to be until we could go back for our massages; my appointment was for 10, not 10:20 when their help arrived. The massage itself was alright. I really couldn't concentrate or relax. I was in tears most of the time. Needed more hot stone time. They need to enclose the rooms; I could hear the people in the next room. They basically harassed my fiance for a tip, which I was going to give them after I spoke to the desk to see if they would adjust my bill. They did not. Not an enjoyable experience. I have called 5 times since this visit and have left my name and number for the owner or manager to call me, as there is never one or the other on the premises. They are ignoring me.

    This business is not legitimate.It started when they asked for payment upfront when every spa Ive ever been to everywhere in the world has had me pay after services are rendered.The trouble started when I was given an old Chinese man who spoke no English, and literally had no training and reflexology or massage.I was supposed to receive a 90 minute treatment that was just head neck and shoulder and foot reflexology.I stayed partially dressed for this treatment.When he started to work on my neck and shoulders, it was the worst treatment I have ever received. He was breathing raggedly over me and every now and then I could feel him dripping some spit onto me. His phone kept going off while he was working on me and I felt very uncomfortable.The room was dirty. There was no soap in the soap dispenser, and everything felt very unsanitary.There was a man in the next room, using a toilet and coughing up phlegm. The whole place just felt seedy and gross.I made comments trying to correct him and guide him but he couldnt understand me so we went to go get the guy at the front desk. Only that *** was unable to Translate so the whole thing was just a disaster and I finally just left went to the front desk and asked for a refund.They refund without talking to the boss, and I said I never heard of such a thing.They did finally reach the boss and they said they could give me a refund, but I never got any proof of the refund. They were unable to print me a receipt that showed the refund on my credit card.That doesnt seem legal to me.Overall, it just felt like the whole place was dirty gross is using people that *** not be actually certified to do reflexology and I didnt feel totally safe there.

    I visited Star Foot Spa on February 25th, 2022 for my 5:00pm appointment. ID: ***** While looking up my purchase I realized that this spa charged me twice for $114 (total of $228) for a couples massage which at the time was advised as $94 with membership. I paid for membership while there too.But thats not the reason for my complaint. This was my first massage ever. My friend and I had 2 masseurs that gave us our massages. During the massage the masseur touched me inappropriately. Multiple times he made passes and touch my b**** He made passes over them when I was on my back and even when he asked for me to flip over onto my stomach. He grunted disgustingly every time like he was turned on. I was horrified.I called Star Foot Spa the next day and advised them of what happened. I asked was this normal for a masseuse or masseur to have done that and touch on my b****** multiple times, because this was no accidental touching. The woman on the phone stated no and that she would have her manager reach out to me. No one did. I called and followed up with them multiple times after that. Every time I was told that the manager wasnt there and would call me back. But they never did.More importantly I wanted to bring this to your attention, because Star Foot Spa, their Manager are complacent in allowing their masseur to touch women inappropriately. An apology or some type of acknowledgment wouldve been the least that Star Foot Spa could have done.

    Worst massage ever. Complaind 3 x during service. ******** walked out during massage. Never came back. Been waiting on a refund for 7 days after I was advised by manager *** it would take 24 hours
