    They over charged my credit card for service due to student error. Instead of acknowledging and being professional in resolving, they chose to belittle and humiliate me the customer, a senior citizen with the comment if I knew how to count, ie, I have a degree in Chemistry and Math in addition to 40 years of R&D with E.I DuPont prior to retirement, and we shouldn’t braid hair. This was in the lobby amongst other customers. I have called the director numerous of times and left messages to discuss and resolve with no avail. I was also given an invalid email address for the director as a sideline to prevent written correspondence.
