    I write to ask for your help with the subpar services provided by ************* Studio on my wedding day, September 5th (attached all discussions)1. Pre-Wedding I chose ************* Studio after seeing their Elite Bridal Package. It promised a premium service including professional makeup and hairstyling. I communicated with Yana multiple times to ensure everything was in order and was reassured that my requests would be met. I even mentioned that my hair tends to frizz, but no concerns were raised.2. The Events of September 5th 2.1. Hair The artist spent 2.5 hours on my hair, which did not resemble any of the inspirational photos we agreed on. Despite the time, the service was subpar due to inappropriate tools and a lack of communication. The stylist blamed my hair texture and volume but offered no alternatives. Even accessories were placed poorly with no time for adjustments and hairline was a zigzag. To make matters worse, my hair fell apart within 30 minutes.2.2. Makeup The makeup was rushed, completed in just ***** minutes, with no discussion about colors or my preferences. The final look was shallow and did not suit me. Additionally, the Elite Bridal Package advertised eyelash extensions, but none were applied. I paid the full $650 but only tipped $10 because I was dissatisfied.3. Emotional Distress and Additional Costs What should have been the happiest day of my life was stressful. The poor service affected my confidence and impacted other services like professional photography. I felt rushed, embarrassed, and deeply disappointed throughout the day.4. Lack of Resolution Despite raising my concerns with the studio, I was dismissed.5. Breach of Contract and Misrepresentation Although there was no written contract, the package description and Yana's assurances formed the basis of our agreement, but a high-quality service was not delivered, constituting a breach of contract.Given all, I believe I am entitled to a full refund and compensation.
