They take 29, dollars per month I ordered a book a hard copy not digital like I see they try to do with other complaints I am not sure how much money they took in total I don't care about that I just want my book and to stop taking out funds I did also order digital letters for them to send me I also never got them I never got any of my services I orderedBusiness Response

The customer emailed on the 9 Jan 2024, complaining that they had not received their product. They were emailed back letting them know they purchased the digital version of the program, along with their account credentials on how to login to the website to access their purchase. We did not receive a reply to that email, and the case was closed. This is the first time we've heard back since that case. I ordered a book that I never recieved for $33.00. And now my card is trying to be charged for $33.00 every week. I would like a refund of all monies charged to my card and stop all further attempts to charge my card.Business Response

Hello,
We stand by a 90-day No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee. This customer has been 100% fully refunded. The customer originally ordered our hard copy book, but the purchase was DECLINED which is why it never shipped. They then ordered our DIGITAL version, which was approved. They would have gotten an email with instructions on logging in to access that purchase. A separate order for the Automator went through, which was 3 payments of $33. On the 27th of October 2023 I had ordered a book for to fix my credit score and something else that I didn't know what it was but I decided that I didn't want any of those things. Credit secret.net stated in writing that I would be able to get a refund with no problem at all. I want my money refunded back to me. I don't have any of their materials nor do I desire any of it! This site claims to offer you a book and some other features but when you agree to buy the book and refuse to buy anything else the Sir dead ends ***** goes blank! You never get the book but they have charged your account and you cannot even go back to the previous page.Then I was charged a second time for what I am not sure!Business Response

In April of 2020, I ordered a Credit Secret book and the charge was $19.95. I canceled the order and since 2020, I'm still being charged $19.95 per month. I've been complaining to my bank about the charges but I give up with them. It is totally unfair that I am being charged for something that I did not receive or for books that were not sent to me. Customer contacted us in April of 2021 to verify what she purchased with a customer support rep. At the time all was good and the customer had no further issues or questions. A refund was processed for the last 6 months, and a copy of the book is being sent out again as a courtesy.

My apologies, I did not check to see that I entered the wrong year for the order. The only time I spoke to a Customer Service representative was when I canceled the order, the order was done online after the commercial was aired. Yes I would like a refund for all the months they have been taking money out of my checking account with no products to show for it. I'm glad they acknowledged that I did speak to someone but it was to stop the order and it was not to keep taking my money.

I ordered the credit secrets book in Nov 2020
I intended to only purchase the book. I was careful to opt out of any further email newsletter, other products, or any subscriptions. I am very careful to notice and uncheck any opt-ins that are already checked by default.
I went through the same troubles as others have stated. The book was charged , sent, and received in a timely manner, however they have been charging my card a monthly 19.97 fee every month under a variety of different names. Obviously trying to hide their charges.
I did not realize the charges were occurring until September 2021. After some research I found their support contact form and sent them a request for a full refund in the beginning of November 2021. I never received any response and my card is still being charged until today July 2022. I have never logged in or used their so called member site or FB private group.
I expect a full refund as I have already requested from them.
I have been trying to give them the chance to do the right things before filing a complaint with BBB, but they did not respond to my previous support attempt and now I cannot go to their website any longer to find contact info to call them. My computer and phone browser keep blocking their website for security problem.

All of our emails and correspondence have a phone number to call and can be replied to, which go straight to our ******* team. WE have no problems with refunding customers that are unhappy.

Per the business response I have only found 5, not 6 months of credits. They mention that is all the credit card merchant would allow. I am still trying to find their number to follow up on the rest of the requested refund, however their website creditsecrets.com is still blocked by Chrome and IE webbrowsers. They referenced that all emails have their customer service number but so far I am unable to find any emails from them. I am not sure if BBB can share that info to me??

Five of the six charges were approved by the merchant account. They stated that the sixth was not charged to begin with, and we can only go back six months.
