    On 5/12/23,This is only regarding (Split- T Boxing) portion because there are several gyms inside Split T. Again the boxing portion only.I (*************************) attempted to express how I was displeased with the classes lately specifically on how the level has dropped to me personally. When I attempted to address *****-(the owner) he basically down played my concern with his sarcasm and said that it's' what I put in it.' I totally got offended because I put a 100% in each class and (my instructors can vouch for me. ) I was giving feedback in which his wife has encouraged me to do. The conversation literally turned left with both of us ******* and ***** said he didn't like how I talked to him and I didn't like how he talked to me. ***** then screamed "If I didn't like it there's the door. So I took his advice and walked out the door never to return. Having been a faithful client for one year - never been late -nor missed a payment- plus bought products from his gym and help keep the gym clean. Meanwhile on 3/25/23. I paid $400 in cash to rent the gym(Split T) out for my movie reel and since he told me to walk out the door. I will not include his gym in my movie reel so I want my $400 returned in cash- just like he received. I called several times and sent text asking when can I pick up my money- only to be ignored. I finally received a text from a staff members stating that his wife has been out of the office and will respond on Thursday. It's now the 23rd my first text was on 5/12/23.Obviously they are ignoring me and I believe that to be poor business. Instead of getting my significant others involved. I chose to write a complaint asking for your assistance- in getting my $400 returned to me.Thank You,****************************
