    ****** was contracted to install custom cabinets. Vendor was paid installments, but after receiving the installation payment they did not complete installation of the correct cabinets. For six months they have cancelled multiple appointments to finish work; we have incorrect and partial cabinets installed. They are missing key pieces, have incorrect doors, and are not safely secured to the wall. They have not completed the job as contracted and paid. I am seeking a refund for the installation payment based on the fact that the work has not been completed and the vendor has stopped returning calls.
