    Undisclosed information at the time of reservation. Did not receive the correct product or information. I rate this company a negative 10 if the system could only create stars for that. This company is a scam, and I will document this anywhere and everywhere I can.I contacted the company on April 18th and spoke with ****** at **************. I asked for all the details of the rental, emphasizing that it was for a special event, Prom. He only stated the car would be ****** for a Cadillac Escalade. He stated he needed a ****** deposit to hold the rental. I provided him with my credit card information. I asked ****** what the total cost of the vehicle was as I was renting for Prom. He said he would add the Vegas sales tax and no other fees. My credit card was charged the 100 dollars, and a receipt was sent to my email.On April 27th, my husband went to pick up the vehicle, and first and foremost, there was no Cadillac Escalade; they provided him with a ******** Benz.This rental was for five young ladies attending prom, and they gave my husband a Mercedez Benz,I contacted the rental company, and ****** answered the phone, screaming at me. His exact words were, I have nothing to do with your problem. I am a sub-contractor and only take reservations; you must call the company directly. He provided me with *************************** phone number, @**************, who assisted my husband on the day of pick-up. I explained to ***** my issue: Prom and the rental was not large enough for all the ladies.My husband was only there to pick up the car and was unaware of my conversation with the rental company.Because of the timing, we must fit all the ladies in the ******** ******** car was dropped off at the Company on 4-28-24 at 9:00 a.m. Because of its size, we were unable to pick the ladies up in it. I used my own vehicle to transport them home.The next day, I checked my c/c statements, and the company charged my initial credit card another $****** and ******* to another credit card.I contacted the company and spoke with ************************* at ************. He stated that the additional charge was for using my credit card, purchasing gas, and paying sales tax. The total I paid for the rental, which I didn't request, was ********. I stated that none of this was told to me at the time of my reservation, nor did I receive the correct vehicle. The representative stated he would call me back. I have not yet received a call.Please do your research. This company needs to be put on alert, as they are scamming people. I will never rent from you and will make it known.I am trying to post my receipt, but this site is not letting me post.I never received an invoice or receipt for the final payment.
