    This business falsely claimed a smoking violation on Turo to collect extra money. It appears I am not the first victim of this dishonesty based on false claims as I have seen similar reviews that appear to use the same type of photos of random debris on floor mat of tiny particles that resemble cannabis flower as evidence of a smoking violation. I did not smoke in or near this vehicle during the duration of my rental and returned the car in the condition I received it in. My only mistake was not taking more of my own photos of the floor mats since I did not know being scammed was a possibility from a company that shows to have overall good reviews.

    Hello I am being charged for a smoker's fee for the period of I was renting a vehicle through this company the second company was turo but Las Vegas drop top was where I got the Mustang from I had rented that Mustang for almost a month on returning the vehicle they claim I smoke in the vehicle in which I never did I even cleaned and vaccum the vehicle before I even return the vehicle.. I was unable to take pictures of the vehicle because Las Vegas drop top towed the vechicle from my house with not letting me no anything.. once the car got to the shop they took pictures and claim that I was smoking in the vehicle and had ashes all over the dashboard.. I do take full of returning the vehicle late but not the smoker fee.because I never smoked in that vehicle and I think that is wrong I was unable to show proof of the vehicle as far as pictures since Las Vegas drop top wanted to tow the vechicle I did everything else correct for example make sure the gas tank was on full to return the vehicle and kept the car clean like the first time I got the vehicle
