    On May 3, 2022 I brought in my Mustang Mach-e and it took almost 11 months to get it repaired. They said that they had to order the parts and it took approximately six months to get them Then they said I would have it back in two weeks and it never happened. After a couple of weeks I called my claims adjuster and she called them and they told her that I would have it in two weeks which also never happened. Then when they said the car was finished and I went to pick it up it wasn't detailed which they said they would do so I said I would pick it up the next day. The also said that I could get reimbursed by the insurance company for the coverage I had on the car while it was in the shop. I called my insurance company and they said that I needed to inform them when the car was first taken in to the shop but now that the time had gone by it was too late. They could have told me this when I took it in because they already knew about it. The next day when I went to pick it up I asked for the keys and the charger to the car. They gave me the wrong charger which wasn't mine but they said that it was because it was the only electric car in the shop. When they checked the internet they realized that it was the wrong charger and would order a new one which was back ordered and would take three weeks to get. The next day they called me and said that they found it. In the past 11 months I called them so many times I can't remember them all, so what I've said here are only the times I remember. I wouldn't recommend this body shop to anyone seeing how they treated me.

    We at Elite Customs & Collision take pride in getting every car that comes into the shop back to original condition, but we do not have control over parts and in this day and age some of the dealers are very far behind on parts for the new electric cars. We order out parts directly from the dealer and relay the Estimated arrival time back to our customers in which we have no control over. As for the recommendation to contact your insurance company for a rate reduction we are not your insurance company we also were just relaying what other clients have told us in the past. Lastly Elite Customs & Collision gave this client some deductible assistance to help in any way that we could. We understand as a business that we can not please everyone but we do try our very best but what we know for certain is that every vehicle that leaves this shop is repaired correctly.
