  I place reservations on Thursday October 10th check in with scheduled for Friday three nights four days check out on Monday was unable to make it to Las Vegas on Friday so we made it on Saturday at 3:00 or 4:00 p.m. that evening we arrived at the hotel my sister and I were here for a wedding she parked in valet while I went inside to check in once I entered the door I was approached by security that asked me for my ID and told me that I was trespassing I told him I had reservations I can see the reservation counter less than 50 feet away from me I was surrounded by security and told I was trespassing at that point I said give me back my money then I have reservations I paid for this room they told me I would not be able to check in there that I had three trespassing and that I will be handcuffed arrested and taken to jail I've never been more embarrassed in my life I asked the lady at the counter is this how you treat your guest please do not rent here patrons had their phones out I was escorted out of totally different door I was threatened embarrassed humiliated singled out and profiled please never book here stay here because they don't know how to treat their guests no one from the hotel has even called me back I even missed the wedding was unable to get a hotel stay until the next day which was the day of the wedding there were no rooms in Las Vegas because of a convention I was so inconvenienced by the silver seven hotel that I would never ever want to even go back to Las Vegas because of the traumatic experience

  I had a similar experience with the staff being extremely aggressive and rude after trying to file a complaint. The staff came to the door several times about extending after we told them we extended. My wife is a rather attractive woman and the staffvseen her and when he came to the door the first time he could tell we were in the middle of something. So when he came back her didnt knock and just walked right in on us both wearing our birthday suits. You cant tell me for a second that wasn’t on purpose. We already had made it clear we extended, so there was only one reason for the return trip. When we tried to inform staff, they got a really bad attitude and blamed us. Obviously it seems customer safety and privacy is secondary to everything else. Otherwise I rather liked this place…

  I recently had a stay at the Silver Sevens Hotel & Resort located in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was very disappointed with my experience because I was checked into a room that was filthy still having trash on the floor from a previous visitors. I requested a new room and was relocated into another room that was also dirty. When I requested a refund I was denied and addressed very aggressively by the front desk receptionists. I then spoke with the general manager Todd, who told me he’d assist me with any issues but nothing ever was resolved.
