    March 19 2024 pm, Amount of money $199.88, but thats not what I ordered. I ordered buy 1.. get 1 free, for $36.00. So when I confirm, total order wasnt there tried to get back in. Then I went on my credit card, even that I couldnt get in to cancelled it. It was for the Dr. OZ *** gummies to help for diabetes. Found the *** advertised on Instagram . Tried solving the problem with them they have all kinds of excuses. Said they could not cancelled the order and that the order shipped out. Then tried to reason with me in keeping the order. Im telling them I only ordered buy 1 get 1 free they said I ordered 5 bottles, I said I never ordered that amount. Then she acussed me of receiving the order , but I am telling her I just put in the order on March 19, 2024, on that day I am taking to her. Plus I live in ****** the island of Maui. Then I tried another representative he made a bargain with because he said I cant get my money back. He told me I will return $100.00, and the remains $99.88, he will send me 5 bottles. So I had to agree because theyre not going give my money. So they sent me an email saying the money is returned. But then when look into my account, its not highlighted in green , it seems like I got charged again so my account is lower now. He also told me he canceled the subscription I said what subcription it did not say that, when I ordered the *** gummies. And again now I am trying to reach out to them I want to see a confirmation of the next 5 bottles theyre going to send no response. When I do receive those bottles I will be returning them, I dont know now if those gummies are real. So I hope I wont have a problem with the return and that they give me my money back. But now I will call my credit card company to look into this problem. They will end up canceling the credit card and send me a new one. But I want my money back now. And I will have my credit card company block out ordering from Instagram and ********* from now on.

    I have settled with this company called buyrecivbrnds.. but please stop blaming and again,STOP BLAMING. Apetropic.com. Apetropic are not the ones to blame. buyrevivbrnds are the ones to be blame for everything that has happened to my account. buyrevivbrnds, they were hiding their information or identity from me. The only way I can see the real information on them was on my transactions, when they returned my funds back. They are really sneaky in hiding in all areas, that I tried to contact them. Only through my transactions I could find the account on them and also their telephone. Also where the small town that theses CBD, was coming from. But again please STOP BLAMING. Apetropic Please send me a copy of this letter Im sending to you guys

    I was charged by Apetropics $98.82 on January 1, **** and I did not order anything. I want a refund $98.82.

    After reviewing the account. I was able to verify that the Subscribe and Save option was selected on our check out page. This advises that the consumer understands that the product is on a Subscription basis. I can see the charge on 01/03/24 was processed for the next order as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

    We have issued the full 100% refund for $98.82. We do ask the customer to please Refuse delivery of the shipment once it arrives. Or return it back to us.
    The subscription was also cancelled so no future orders will charge to you.

    I have been charged ***** by this company and I never ordered anything g from them or recived anything from them I had ordered in the past one item from them for **** and then a month later thay charged me ***** for nothing I want my money back it caused my account to recive overdraft fees

    Dear customer and ********************,

    After reviewing the account I can verify the customer subscribed to our Subscribe and Save program. Once the order was placed for our special l$9.95 promotion, it is explained that if not cancelled after 30 days, a new order will charge and ship out accordingly. 

     

    I see the customer did contact us  back in December 2023 and we advised we will issue a full 100% refund to consumer. The refund was issued for $49.95 on 12/29/23. The refunds do take **** business days to reflect. The subscription has also been cancelled. NO future charges will post.

    Ordered 11/28/23 at 8:**** called immediately to cancel said order. Informed they could not do such I then insisted they email notification that I cancelled said order. On 11/29/23 received notification of said cancellation. Still have not received refund as still reflected on my charge card. Very deceptive about cost and amount of order.

    I ordered the drops and they have an adverse affect on me. I've emailed with no reply three times. I've called only to have the agent tell me my info is wrong and in anothers name. They state they won't take returns without an approval code on box. So I have not gotten one to day.

    I bought some of the apetronics product several months ago and received my order. It really didn't do anything for me. I thought that was the end of our relationship A couple of months ago I received several bottles of the product and was billed $149.99. I tried calling their number which is the ************. It would just hang up on me after ringing a few times. I received more bottles of the product this past month. I can't get through on their number and I don't want to be billed this ridiculous amount again. It still just hangs up on me. I want to cancel and would like my money refunded for everything except the first order. I can send the bottles back. I don't want to be charged again.

    I ordered several products from Apetropics. They sent me an email with a shipping confirmation. After 2 weeks when I had not received the product, I tried to track the shipment. The tracking number they sent me turned up to be invalid. Looks like the whole company is a scam.

    I ordered a one time only order of drops from APETROPICS. They are trying to Charge me again saying I have a monthly subscription which I did not sign up for! I sent email but heard nothing back. Tried there so called phone number but couldn't get thru. Is there anyway you can get the subscription canceled for me. Thank you very much!

    After reviewing the account information. I was able to locate and cancel the subscription. Keep in mind all program and billing details are explained in the Terms and Conditions upon ordering.

    I can verify the only amount billed is $9.95 and we have issued a refund for that charge. The other charges are showing declined and will not post through.
    After you had emailed us on 10/04, we have replied to you the same day advising we can cancel the subscription. 

    We have yet to hear back a reply from you. I verified in our database the following phone number: ********** never hit our system as I do not show you contacting the correct Customer Support number.

    I called to cancel my order right after I ordered because I didnt want the product anymore, it was advertised as an oral tablet but when I looked into the reviews I saw it is a liquid drop. When I called the representative said the order would be cancelled as well as any future order submitted. Mostly, insured Id receive a refund but instead I received the order and havent had my money refunded. I called the same number today and its just impossible, the number is no longer in service! Theres no way to contact them now! I want a full refund
