    my phone needed to get the battery replaced, and in this store I found a battery replacement kit, that had everything that I needed to change the old one, also it was more affordable than purchase the products separately. The new battery works perfect so I have no complains at all!

    On 1/11/2023 I ordered a smartphone camera lens assembly which was later found to have micro scratches on camera lens during attempted installation. When I contacted Repairs Universe and asked for an RMA, I was advised that under their return policy, I would have to pay the return postage. Furthermore, I would only be refunded the cost of part itself, not the original shipping fee. I have never in my life, experienced such an outrageous rip-off by an online retailer who would not provide a FULL refund (and an apology), including shipping costs for their own defective merchandise. I intend to also post this on FB and as well, and I have made a note in my cell phone to never deal with "Repairs Universe", nor their apparent supplier "Fixez.com".
