    I applied for financing to purchase a new phone. I was communicating through ******** messenger since August 17th with the manager of the store ******. I specifically told him that I wanted a new phone. He quoted me $450 for iPhone 15 with financing. For the next month+ we communicated back and forth. Since I needed a down payment of $80 I held off. When I finally went into the store I was then given different prices. I finally settled to go with iPhone 13 Pro Max. No mind you ****** was not there his son and a young lady by the name of ******* was there. I ended up paying $899 with $50 discount totaling $850. When I leave the store and am driving home I noticed the phone was dirty on the side and bottom. I called them immediately and asked them if they sold me a used phone. The managers son advised that I was communicating with his dad and he wasnt aware that I wanted a new phone(which he left the store to go to the vender and pick up). He told me I was basically out of luck because its now in the financing companys hands. I told him whom would pay$1000 for a used phone? That doesnt make sense. I asked him to have his dad call me. About an hour later a man by the name of **** called me and told me I could bring the phone in the next day they would clean it and he would refund me $50 thats all he could do. He then quoted $750 cash and $799 financing for the phone I purchased. I have text messages of our conversation from their business. I was then advised if I had any other issues contact ACIMA the financing company. After that I have attempted to get insurance on the phone but cant because its refurbished. I called ACIMA this morning and they advised I would have to go back to the store and have them cancel my contract. Im on disability and need my phone to track my glucose monitor for diabetes I have on my stomach. This issue has caused me so much unnecessary stress. This business is crooked and shouldnt be in business.

    Today is 10/31/2024 and I spoke with *** at LV wireless and he is stating that they will not refund the $500.53 they received in cash because it was a debit transaction. I contacted my ********** with *** on the phone and they stated that LV wireless never ran $500.53 through Chase ******* I reiterated that it was paid in CASH and thats why it wouldnt go through my bank. I told him to pull camera video and he advised video is erased in 30 days. I stated it hasnt been 30 days and then he said they dont have footage its already been erased. I am on disability and need my money back. These business took my money and all I am asking is for my money back.
