      I recently enrolled my child into the pre k program daycare, they seemed flexible when I applied went over the terms of enrolling my child then if I needed her to take time off to just let them know which I did. Now they are saying I owe $540 for two weeks my child did not attend and I also need to withdraw in writing when Im not withdrawing I just need vacation time for my daughter as my work schedule conflicts with the school schedule. I spoke to ********* who threatened to send me to collections. I asked for the owner director to reach out to me or to be provided information where I could reach out and she refused. So I am submitting a complaint per my rights on original creditors law she was very demeaning and kept telling me to go over my contract that the owner wanted to send me to collections when I owe no balance no services rendered. I also have a voicemail from them asking me of a date of return of my child which now I feel they will retaliate on my child because of this.
