    I made a purchase from the Davidoff of Geneva website of a small concrete ashtray, white marbled and rose gold, on December 3, 2023 at 2:20 PM, order #****** for $275.50. I immediately emailed the customer service email listed on their website **************************************************************** at 2:34 PM requesting to cancel the order. (I forgot to use a promo code, and placed a subsequent second order with the promo code attached and therefore needed to cancel the first, original order with no promo code). I never received a response. Ultimately, the unwanted item arrived at my house, and arrived damaged. I completed a request to return the item on their website on December 10th. I received an email stating "Confirmation for Return Request for Order #******" where my return request is listed, but there is no return shipping label attached. There's a link in this email 'to view the status of your return, click here' which brings you to the original order page and no shipping label or status of my return. I replied to this email, requesting a shipping label on December 14th. No response. I followed up with the customer service email on 12/11, 12/14. I called the customer service number on the website *************) on 12/8 leaving a voicemail. I called/left voicemail again on 12/11, 12/12, 12/24. I called a brick and motor storefront on 12/12 requesting assistance returning the unwanted and damaged item, spoke to an associate and manager who were lovely but could not assist. Said they would speak with corporate and call or email me with updates, but I have not heard back. I reached out via ******** Messenger to the company requesting a return shipping label on 12/11 and 12/14. I have not gotten a response to phone calls to corporate and a store, multiple emails, or ******** messages. I cannot find the return address online or I would pay to ship this damaged, unwanted ashtray back to them. I am disputing the charge at this point with my credit card company - buyers beware.
