    On 9/16 I had cleaning done at my home. Used my credit card to pay for services. On 10/5 I noticed that there was a charge for Rhino **** Services so I reported it as fraud. Come to find out it was actually Rhino Cleaning ******** Capital 1 retracted the money paid from their financial institution and refunded it to my card. On 10/14 I received a call from Rhino (*******) stating that the funds had been taken and needed to be paid back and that they could even come to my house to collect payment if need be. To avoid problems I used a new card to make payment since the money had been refunded to me already.On 10/18 *********** reissued the original funds back to your institution and that was separate from the payment I made on 10/14.This was confirmed with the *********** representative on 10/30. My credit card statement is showing two payments. One by me on 10/14 and the reissued payment on 10/18.10/31 I called Rhino cleaning service and explained the situation to a representative called *** who said she would pass the information to *******. 11/2 no call back received so I called again and spoke with *** who wasnt able to help me. Ene proceeded to get on the phone and asked me to provide proof that I made payment in September and the payment for October. I provided the proof by email and they replied with that the payment for September 16th never went throughit was disputed. I tried to explain to her thats not possible since the charge had already happened which is why I disputed it. They wouldnt hear me out and hung up on me and kept forwarding my call to voicemail.
