      I purchased 6 bottles of cleaner on 1/21/23 for $260. I've tried using it and it does not clean as promised. I used it on the same areas the salesperson did and I did not get the same results. The product doesn't smell like the product the salesperson used - it's like colored water. I'm not happy with the quality of the products, especially for the price I paid. I would like a refund.Further, I just discovered the salesperson (*******************************) was arrested for disorderly conduct just days before he came to my home. I'm uncomfortable with this company having my credit card information if this is the type of employee they have.My receipt is attached.

      A black man by the name of Brandon came to our door and offered to sell us cleaners. He promised they would clean anything and are non toxic. He said the company helps underprivileged people find a profitable job.
      He sold us 6 bottles and told us the last 3 bottles he would deliver when they shipped.
      The cleaner doesn't work. I've tried it on everything. I contacted him and keep getting the run around. We paid him $279.44 and got screwed. We want a refund.

      Young man approached me while outside. He asked if he could demonstrate something and no pressure to buy. This is at 430. I told him dinner is on kinda busy. He did the it's hot out just want to sit and if he could get some water. Good attitude nice personality. Trying to hit the guilt spot. He does his thing with the cleaning bottles tries to clean a spot on the rug, sprays his own clothes to shows it safe and pet friendly while deep cleaning. Then goes out side to show me the products is good on cleaning my father's boat..now he has a cloth in hand. What he left was scratch marks all over the boat trailer...said it because it's clean. I uses to Clean part time job, I never left scratch marks..he then ran to the truck to show it would clean the seats. It left a water mark on my truck seat..so now he's fast talking. Saying he's from the hood trying to get out, help a brother out. I bought 2 bottles to get him going. For $80. Always a sucker..I tried to use the product like the pamphlet reads..first neither bottle was sealed. Organic or not. Bottles are sealed. I called the number on the pamphlet spoke to a women. Said product was %100 good sold out in Buffalo. Told what happened with the boat, said it must of been there, our products work. Said would have the person in charge of the Rochester area call. That was on 7/8. It's now 7/24/2022. I never received a call from anyone not the district manager or the lady from the pamphlet. I'm now stuck with 2 bottles of colored water that cost me $80. Less then an Oz was taken out of 1 bottle. I would like a refund of my money and they can get there color water back. Cleaning supplies don't work. What cleaned was water and elbow greace to get things cleaned. And he must of had a scrubby in hand under the cloth when he cleaned the boat. At this point not asking for damages done the the boat or to my truck seat. Which I hope will come out. I would like the 80 back.
