      I am the owner of a few small pizza restaurants in the ********* area, and Ive been a long-time customer of ****************************, a nearly century-old local supplier of dry goods and paper products. Unfortunately, the company was acquired by a national distributor, BradyPLUS, over a year ago. While the original management remained in place temporarily, operations were eventually moved to a new warehouse in late 2024and thats when things began to unravel.Soon after the transition, all of my restaurant locations started receiving deliveries that we never ordered. I contacted our assigned sales representative, who was unaware of these shipments. We had to return the incorrect deliveries, and this issue occurred repeatedly across all of our locations. Following that, we began receiving orders with missing items, incorrect products, and drastically inflated pricesitems we used to purchase for $20 were suddenly invoiced at $60.When I called the office to report these issues, I was told it was due to a computer glitch related to the warehouse move and that it would be resolved by Friday. I was told the same thing repeatedly over the course of two months. Despite following up regularly between October 2024 and early January 2025, nothing improved, and I ultimately stopped placing orders altogether.Many restaurant owners experienced the same problems. Despite returning incorrect shipments and not receiving many of the items billed, I continue to receive invoices totaling thousands of dollars for products I never accepted or used. To make matters worse, most of the original staffwho were helpful and knowledgeablehave since quit due to the ongoing chaos.Out of desperation, I contacted main office on the West Coast and spoke with a man named *****. Unfortunately, he showed no interest in addressing the issues and simply redirected me back to the local office I have since stopped calling, as it seems to go nowhere, but Im still receiving invoices.
