    *DISCRIMINATION* September 25, 2022 I attended facility to spend time with family, we spent over $3000 making these reservations, once arrived at the entry, I was denied access. My identification was available on my phone due to TSA not giving my ID back during airport check-in which is out of my control. I explained the situation to the representative at the door, by the name of *****. I then asked ***** if he would be able to call supervision to assist. Upon his arrival I was extremely disappointed to find that he was able to do nothing. Not only is this property EXTREMELY unprofessional for not having a valid ID scanner, but anyone could come in with a fake ID because there is no verification other than glancing at it? Weird right? Additionally, I noticed at least three people were granted entry that did not have proper ID at the door (this is all on camera approx 3:10-3:40p) he simply told them because you have bags just go to the desk they will check your bag for you, you can show ID there however, I have a bag as well & I was stopped at the door for my ID versus being allowed in and being able to show whatever identification at an actual desk, where I couldve possibly had managment verify my identification with a scanner or some other way. This allows minors to bypass with Fake IDS! I did not want to have to make the assumption that I was not being granted access due to discriminative reasons, but after noticing the other group of women that were able to walk in without showing ID, it showed me the type of operations that are practiced here at this facility. Its almost like they hired people of color to work the door, just to eradicate any type of assumptions against discrimination. However, this is not something I am used to having to deal with & am extremely dissatisfied in the service that I received. I will never recommend this place to anyone, from discrimination, lack of professionalism and lack of verification or concern. Disgusting.
