    These guys have had my kicks since last year. I have called to let them know I am coming ot get my sneakers and they say ok then I go and they closed. Now they by appointment only and do not respond to any of my communication. Also, the grading they did for me was not done properly and I was not given the right documentation to move forward in authentication and they were asking for more money for service I had already paid for.

    Hi Mazoe, 


    As a courtesy, we will send you the $650 for the shoes. We won't take a commission or charge for the *** Authentication letters.  We pride ourselves on the best customer service and communication.  We are always available by phone, and our store hours are posted online.  On Saturdays, we take appointments, but we also have store hours from 1pm to 5pm.  It is super easy to communicate with us, and our customer service is always impeccable.   


    Apparently, there was a communication breakdown, as we do not see you recently trying to contact us, via text, email, or coming to our store, but we hope this is a suitable resolution for you and that you can give us a 5 star review, because we deserve it. 


     I did try to call your phone number but was unable to reach you and still would like to speak to you live in person as I value your patronage.  Please give me a call when you get a chance, ************.


    In regards to the *** authentication, this is a 3d party service, which we offer to our consignors as a courtesy; we are unable to control what and how they post their certificates in their database.

    I would like to note that our Hours of Operation -- so we are open all the time and are available for anyone to come to the store.  

    M- F  10-5pm  

    Sat 1- 5pm by appointment.

    JSA authentication stickers are valid.  We have attached the valid stickers with JSA>
