    These people called me, acting like they are Florida **** and trying to scam me saying theyre calling about my compliance when they are not even Florida or have anything to do with **** to begin with Just want to make this complaint so everybody is aware of these these idiots

    We find it deeply concerning that an individual who has never had a conversation with anyone from our office would publicly label us as a scam , make baseless accusations and refer to us as idiots. First and foremost, OSHA mandates that businesses conduct a risk assessment, and we are more than willing to outline ***** requirements on this matter.

    Had this individual taken even a moment to review our website , or any  documentation,  it would have been clear that we are in no way affiliated with ****. This distinction is emphasized in our materials, emails, and is stated within the first 30 seconds of every callcalls which are monitored and recorded.

    The only interaction we have had with this gentleman's office was leaving a voicemail offering our assistance with the risk assessment. In return, we received a voicemail thanking us for reaching out. At no point did we have a conversation, which makes these allegations both morally and intellectually dishonest.

    Since this person has requested no further contact, we have respectfully removed their number from our system. However, the nature of this complaintlabeling us a scam without any real interactionamounts to an unjust attempt to damage our reputation.

    We encourage anyone reading this to recognize the lack of factual basis in this complaint. If this individual did have a conversation with us, we invite them to provide the phone numbers involved so that we can verify the interaction and address any concerns.

    We pride ourselves on transparency and integrity. Our company, which has held an A+ rating for nearly five years, has always been committed to assisting businesses professionally. It's unfortunate that this individual chose to misuse the BBB platform without giving us the courtesy of one simple conversation.

    Resolution: We have taken action by removing all known contact numbers associated with this business from our records and calling lists.

    We remain hopeful for a full apology, as the claims made were unfounded.

    Our goal is to ensure clarity and fairness, and we trust that this resolution reflects our commitment to addressing concerns professionally. We are still open to a conversation should this person want to shake hands. They are more then welcome to call us.
