      Approximately 2 1/2 months ago I put my legion laptop computer ion for a repair at CELLFIX, they told me that they would have to do a diagnosis on it and to come back in a week. I followed their instructions when I went back in a week, they told me that it was a battery issue and a capacitor on the motherboard and needed about two weeks for repairs. They also charged me $65 for the diagnosis. Right outside their window as you walk in the door it says, "computer diagnostics $30". I was informed that it was going to take another week or so. Later that week they sent me a MMS with a picture of the computer working and I could pick it up. I went in, and they charged me and additional $45 and gave it back to me. When I got the computer home, I turned it on and it didn't work, so I immediately took it back and they said it was a battery issue and I needed to pay an additional $100, and the computer wouldn't work without the new battery, even if the computer was plugged in. So, I paid another $50, they said to call in 2 weeks. This takes us to the middle of May. I called again they said they got the new battery, but they needed a new capacitor again and call in two more weeks. I called this morning, and they told me the exact same thing, so I informed them that I had no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB.

      SINCE IS LOT WORK AND **** TO TROUBLESHOOT MOTHERBOARD, SINCE ITS NOT THE KIND OF SIMPLE COMPUTER EASY TO OPEN WE TAKE SEVERAL HRS TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM THE CHARGE FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC IS $35

      IT WAS A CHIP THAT CONTROLS THE POWER IN THE *****
      WE ASK IF IS OK FOR HIM TO PAID $30 DOLLARS FOR THE BAD COMPONET, TOTAL OF 65 ALONG WHIT THE DIAGNOSTIC.

      THE GUY SAY YES AND WE ORDER THE PART AFTER THE COMPONENT INSTALLED AND FULLY WORKING, WE SEND PHOTO OF IT AND HE AGREED TO PAID THE 65.
      THEN NOW THIS GUY ON COMPLAINT SEAMS TO BE THE ORIGINAL ***** WHO PURCHASE THE COMPUTER FOR 100 FROM THE OTHER GUY AND DAMAGE IT

      APARENTLY THE BATTERY WAS NOT CHARGUING SINCE IS BAD AND THOSE COMPUTERS NEED LOT OF POWER TO WORK THE ***** DINT HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE BATTERY LOCAL PRICE FOR THE SAME MODEL WAS OUT OF HIS BUDGET, THE OPTION AVAILBABLE FOR HIS BUDGET WAS A SLOW SHIPING FROM OVER SEAS,HE AGREED WHIT THE **** AND PRICE OF AND MAKE THE PAYMENT OF $50 3 WEEKS LATER,TO HELP
       THE BATTERY ARRIVE AND AFTER INSTALL THE BATTERY THE COMPUTER WORK FOR SOME **** THEN DIE AGAIN FROM THE SAME CHIP REPAIRED AD THE BEGINNING, THE CUSTUMER WAS NOTIFY.


      THE MICROCOMPONET IS NOT AVAILABLE TO GET IT ONLINE, THE CUSTUMER ASURE MILLIONS OF COMPONETS ARE MADE AND SO THAT THEY AVAILABLE, THING THAT IT COULBE BUT NOT TO EVERY ONE, AND THIS IS LITERAY WHY THIS IS ****** ON.

      WE CAN JUST COMPLETE REFOUND THE MONEY, SINCE THE CUSTUMER IS ALSO LIMITED WITH IS BUDGET TO GET A NEW MOTHERBOARD AND THE LACK OF THE COMPONETS IN OUR SIDE TO GET AN OTHER MICRO COMPONET.
