      The course was very well delivered by Theodor. He ensured all present understood the material. The material was quite extensive and covered all necessary information. He made me feel comfortable and by the end of the class I felt confident that I was ready to receive my carry permit. I would definitely take another class with him.

      Ken was an amazing instructor. He was funny, knowledgeable and entertaining to listen to. The 3 hours flew by. We learned so much. I recommend this class to everyone.

      After paying for my certificate. I told the lady and asked her to make sure I did not sign up for any Membership and received a message on my phone that your card was declined. To avoid a lapse in your Concealed Coalition Membership please call us. They tried to hit my account 3 times that day. I never signed up for a membership. How long have they been hitting my account for a membership I never signed up for.

      I have checked our database and we have no notes reflecting the conversation you recall with our Customer Service Department. We also have no record of you ever calling our offices. In addition, when you signed up online and purchased your Certification you elected to sign up for a Membership to our CCUniversity. This was on October 3rd, 2023. Lastly, your claims that "They tried to hit my account 3 times that day." are false. I will, however, cancel your CCU Membership effective today.
