      I did the questioner and passed the test without realizing I paid for the certificate there was no final approval when I checked my transactions I realized I paid without wanting it, I would like my full refund back please.

      Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your Concealed Carry Weapons Certification. We realize that the process can be confusing at times. We make it a point to be known for our Customer Service and would like to resolve this situation as soon as possible. We have a very strict No Refund Policy that is posted on our site. In the state of Kansas you MUST complete 8 hours of In Person Concealed Carry Certification Training that includes your Live Fire Training and Qualification. We have thousands of happy and certified members. It is the responsibility of the consumer (yourself) to research and become familiar with your State and County Concealed Carry Rules, Qualifications and Laws. This process is explained both in writing and in video on the home page. There is no way to pay for your training without entering your full credit card information. In addition, on December 10th - 5 days after your initial purchase, you scheduled a seat for yourself and a guest in our upcoming Wichita, KS class. At this point, we do consider this a No Refund situation and feel that we have fulfilled our obligation to you from our end.

      Yall misrepresented the hole thing I have to go to a range not right and I don't get a conceal carrie tell I spend another 150 to my state not right I did my time in the military

      Other than being a resident of a state that does not require a Concealed Weapons License, Florida has one of the most lenient requirements to allow you to concealed carry. The requirements that we are able to fulfill for you are the brief training video, the quiz, your certificate stating that you have completed these two pieces of the requirements, as well as providing Live Fire Qualification. These are laws that are put into place by the State of Florida. Our company provides you with this opportunity to complete these requirements and has nothing to do with the laws that the State of Florida has in place.
