  I just finished taking this course, ******* was an excellent instructor. What I expected to be an unpleasant chore, ended up being informative and engaging. Most importantly, ******* was unwavering on safety. Id recommend this to anybody.

  Was searching online about getting a CCDW in Kentucky. Within 10 minutes they called me (before I even finished their quiz) asking for credit card info. Luckily I did not have money and rescheduled for the next day, in the meantime I read my state laws and realized I did not need a CCDW in my state. Also read the BBB report and realized this company is a scam. Next day he called and I informed that I did not need one in state and the caller lied saying I did in fact need one in my state. Scam BEWARE

  Our Customer Service Agents are trained to reach out to prospects, like yourself, to assist with completing their portal process if there is a pause in the transaction. In the State of Kentucky you are, in fact, required to complete 8 hours of training (including live fire) to be eligible to apply for your CCDW License. The following link will take you to the Kentucky State Police site that outlines, in detail that an applicant must, "Demonstrate competence with a firearm by successful completion of a firearms safety or training course offered or approved by the Department of Criminal Justice Training." http://***********************/ccdw/ccdw-home/**************/ We have provided the proper education and training to countless happy and satisfied customers. These customers are proud defenders of their 2nd Amendment rights and have successfully completed their concealed carry process. They can now legally carry a firearm. We would appreciate a rebuttal of your 1 Star Review.

  Notice how the company does not address what I stated about not needing a CCDW in my state, rather they point to needing training to get a CCDW in my state. Yes you need training in every state to get a CCDW, but my original comment was that I don't need a CCDW at all because permitless carry is legal here and your agent stated that it was not in fact legal. It's okay to be wrong but it's not okay to be stubbornly arguing against facts when you or agents clearly did not read or hear my point. So you are, in fact, wrong

  Yes sir. You do need certification to apply for a CCDW License. It is not in the interest of our Customer Service Agents to question why someone may want a Concealed Carry License . . . only that they have the right to legally carry a weapon if they choose to. We respect the privacy and rights of our customers and do not wish to violate that privacy in any way.
  
  There was no purchase made with our company so at this point we consider this case closed.

  Nobody said anything about getting training for a CCDW. I simply said that in my state it is not required. And your agent said the opposite. That was a lie. If your agent had said "you need training to get a CCDW" that would have been one thing. But you looked up my states law just to miss the original point anyways. I don't know how I could make it more clear to you. What I said in the original comment was "I read my state laws and realized I did not need a CCDW in my state" not that I did not need training in order to get one. Maybe you struggle with reading comprehension?
  
  You can close the case, I was only posting to warn other consumers of your shady business. Not surprising you all have a score of F with the BBB

  Fraud!! There certificate isn't wealth anything. It's no good can't do anything with. They miss lead you on there web site and take your money.

  Mr. ******** was excellent as an instructor. He was able to blend the drier training materials with real life examples, answered questions he could and stayed away from guessing about the answers he could not. I hadn't shot my new Glock more than 15 rounds before the course and hadn't shot a pistol but a few times since being in the USMC 50 years ago. He showed us a different stance to fire from the one I was taught in the USMC. I tried it and once I adjusted to the new pistol, put 8 rounds into the left side of the bullseye. The group literally tore out a piece of the target that could been covered by a checkers chip. I was totally impressed. Mr.********* complemented me "good shooting" . I had to leave right after qualifying or I would have shaked hands and thanked him personally.

  Aaron is very knowledgeable, and I feel he could do better with more of his own criteria, and not so much sells picking on the monitor.Its kind of scary people admitted to not knowing about guns some never even owned a gun , and now they can get a CONCEALED CARRY ID. For The ones that own and know firearms it's a great course.

  I learned more from this course then the one I took in person four years ago.The instructor's were very informative and the presentation was very professional and detailed.i would recommend to anyone to take this course.
