    I was emailing with the Manager ************************* regarding my rent payment & setting up arrangements for the past due balance. ******* was working with me & emailing telling me to deposit in the Owners account until my balance is paid as of 8/16/24 shes acting like she dont know what Im talking & she has been hacked. She took my *************** to send me a 7 day with inaccurate amount awed. Shes taking my money & not applying it to my rent account.

    My lease ended on September 1st 2023. Everything was turned in and the apartment was left in better than received condition. Weeks later when I had received my deposit refund, I began to teach to Borgata Management. They falsely charged me for repairs to the apartment and when I asked for proper documentation of said repairs ie. description of the repair, pictures and/or video, I was fully ignored. The property Manager is failing to provide me with proper documentation, and evidence of the alleged charges taken out of my deposit. I have reached out to Borgata property management and regional and corporate offices and no one will respond to my request. I believe the company is unethical and inaccurately changing tenants.
