      Easy to order. Don't like that the rebate is not applied immediately

      Very easy to use and very straight forward. The CSR added everything to my card including the mail in rebate and even provided me with my user id and pw. So all I did to verify everything was log in and click on my cart and it had everything we discussed on the phone. I pretty much just had to click Pay and Submit and I was done! Very user friendly and nothing hidden.
