    I purchased prescription safety glasses for those in my company who needed them back in May of 2023 from CA Glasses/Schultz Optical. In July, after the glasses were made a couple of times, we just asked for a refund which is about $700.00. Several phone calls were made to Leah, Amber, May and Bria asking for an update on the refund. I was given the manager Sam's email and included him on all emails that were sent. No one returns emails nor phone calls. We/myself and our CFO have tried calling numerous times to try and get a status on our refund to only be told that it is with the Accounting Department. Today, 2/7/23, I called again to ask for a status of our refund as it has now been 6 months since they signed for our returned glasses. I was told today, that there is no refund (almost $700), as Accounting had stated that there was a dispute filed in October 2023 and our case is now considered closed. We did not file a dispute, as we were giving the company the benefit of the doubt to process our refund. I asked for direct numbers to the Accounting Department and to Sam the Manager, but the representative I spoke to today refused to give me a number. I was informed that they do not have direct lines. We just want our money back.

    I purchased glasses from this company in September - after returning the glasses because they were faulty with regard to script, I still have not received my refund. I called and spoke to many associates (Amber, Mae, Leah) on the phone and emails. I paid the postage to return the glasses, mailed them all the information and still nothing. It is now January. Basically, they robbed me of my money. I would NEVER do business with this company again. They are a dishonest establishment.

    I purchased prescription safety glasses originally on Aug 8, 2023 from CA Glasses, dba Schultz Optical. When I received them, I could not see - everything was blurry. I contacted the company via chat and stated that I could not see out of the glasses. Bria of Schultz Optical after several questions / tests, asked me to send in my Vision Rx and would get back to me. She finally replied stating that I put the prescription wrong. I asked what could be done as I paid $191.84 The rep at Schultz Optical stated that they could make me new Rx safety glasses but with new frames with a 50% discount. I picked the frames and paid the invoice online for $124.90 I waited over 2-weeks and when I received them, they caused me to have bad headaches so I couldn't wear them. I contacted the company again via chat with Leah at Schultz Optical - after an extensive time chatting, she finally agreed to provide me with an RMA# and I shipped them to Schultz Optical (USA), *** ***** Ave, *********, TN ***** as she directed. On 9/24, I contacted Leah again via email requesting my refund for the glasses. She asked me to send proof of delivery. I emailed her the UPS proof of delivery showing delivery to the TN address she provided was on 9/19/23. I requested my refund a second time and Leah stated she would forward that to the person in charge of the returns for the inspection verification process, and after everything was in order, the refund request will be sent to our accounting department for the reimbursement application. She stated it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected back to the payment source.On 10/01/23, I emailed Leah yet again requesting my refund. No reply to my email. On 10/06/23, I emailed Bria, Leah, and Sales as a third Follow-Up and Final Request for Refund for my authorized Return. I stated that it had been 14-business days since they received the return of my incorrect glasses.
