      I recently had an upsetting experience at Terrible Herbst gas station convenience store that I feel compelled to share. One day, while shopping, I was falsely accused of theft by Robert, the store clerk. Despite my attempts to clear my name—I even opened my jacket and showed my hands—Robert refused to listen and kicked me out of the store. Confused and embarrassed, I left but hoped that he would come to his senses.
      Later that evening, I returned, explaining the situation to a different clerk and offering reassurance that the security cameras could confirm my innocence. I then reached out to the management, leaving my contact details for follow-up. Unfortunately, my second encounter with Robert was equally distressing; he kicked me out again, which left me frustrated and upset.
      Despite my efforts to address the issue, including leaving multiple messages with the corporate office, I received no follow-up. I spoke to the store manager about how Robert had unjustly accused me and caused me significant inconvenience due to my medical condition (chronic gout). I was promised she would speak with Robert, but still, no one reached out to me afterwards.
      A week has passed, and I've heard nothing from the corporate office or management. I feel deeply disrespected and anxious about returning to the store, knowing Robert is still there. This experience has not only been humiliating but has also caused me undue stress and physical strain due to my medical condition. I would urge anyone considering visiting this store to be cautious; management's lack of response to employee misconduct reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. I hope my experience raises awareness and prompts action to hold employees accountable for their behavior.

      Charging too much for low price tags, this place misleads its customers into paying too much and blames it on management. This has happened to me 3+ times

      I attempted to go through the car wash of their store on rainbow and crag on 8/21/24. There was no signage of it being out of order or dangerous and as I pulled into the carwash my truck fell through the grating into the gutter causing significant damage to my vehicle. I went into the store to find no management and the employee was of no help. I had to call a tow truck to lift and remove my vehicle from the gutter which is about 3 feet deep. I have pain in my neck and shoulders as the drop was like a pile driver. This was blatant negligence on the part of Terribles. I have tried to call corporate various times and they say there is no management and no one can help me. I have to now go through the legal route to get any accountability from Terribles.

      The manager on Eastern & Serene says a UNITED STATES of AMERICA Passport is not a valid ID with a valid replacement driver license for a woman who is 56yrs old. Corporate has refused to handle the matter.

      I came in with a group around 5:50am on march 7, 2024. The guy in there was no where to be found and appeared as i was getting ready to grab my items. He told everyone in the building we couldnt buy anything and the system was "down" at 3:30 he didnt say if it was the morning or night. When i left a few minutes later i seen other customers walking into the store and he stood outside and told everyone they couldnt buy anything. Around 6 am as i waited a regular i would see walked out with items. When i came back in i saw the manager and when i politely asked if the "system" was back up he didnt wanna answer and said i had to ask his manager who was standing next to her. I asked her and with the same attitude she said yes so i grabbed my items. When i came back to the register she said ask if i was mad i said yes because a certain somebody didnt properly both lock and place a sign to tell anyone we couldnt come in. After my purchase i left and two customers told me they were talking negative about me when they were ones who didnt properly inform anyone anything with a nasty attitude like they really didnt want to assist anyone. I'd like keep coming back to that location without having to deal with either one.

      I think they are very clean and friendly stations. There C stores and really nice. I got my care washed and serviced there. That make life easy.

      I went to this location tonight, and for the second time, they wouldn’t honor their advertised price of 2 for $4 for milk. The cashier said he can’t do anything about it as the register rings up $5.99. This is the second time. I’m upset because they are not honoring their posted prices. I took a photo for proof.

      Every single one of this brand's locations is trash. Such an obnoxious and unpleasant atmosphere, and always, 100% of the time playing ads loudly at their gas pumps.

      They don’t accept completely valid United States Passports as a form of ID.

      We apologize for the inconvenience .We are accepting any form of ID’S that scan it’s a state Mandate which requires all purchases to be scanned electronically Digital ID scanning is now mandatory for tobacco purchases in Nevada, which requires all purchases to be scanned electronically according to an announcement from IDScan.net. Law AB 360 states that, as of January 1, 2023, retail locations selling tobacco or vape products.
      Effective Jan. 1, tobacco retailers are required to use scanning technology or an automated software-based system. The implementation of Assembly Bill 360, passed in 2023 Thank you
