    I requested Shane to provide services of hair extensions to be long enough to touch my waistline. During my consultation, Shane stated 24 inches is needed. I zelled him the total amount as thats the only form of payment. My total was $1,938.00 for the hair extensions. May 10th at 8am where I sat outside with his assistant waiting 20+ minutes since he was late. I sat down and 22 inches on the packaging on the table beside me. I kept asking him what I ordered as I was questioning why it wasnt the 24 inches. He said 24. During my installation, I was laying down at the hair wash station and he stated that I would not be happy with my results and recommends a third pack of hair for $303. I later agreed. He started to cut my hair during this treatment. Once I was done, I was charged another $948. + my $50 tip. (Remaining extensions/installing). I came home where I had noticed my hair was uneven and definitely not 24 inches in length. My hair remained the same length as my original hair and the only difference I had was fullness. I told Shane I was unhappy and wanted a refund. In addition, I asked for a explaining of why my total was $948.00 when the hair was $303. He said there was a $100 tariff charge. I went to Hottie hair salon later that day and paid $85 to remove my hair immediately. At this point I am very upset and unhappy with Shane and his dishonest service. I was very excited and looked forward to hair extensions which I no longer want anymore due to this poor experience. If there is anything you can help me with, Id appreciate it. I am almost 3K down the drain for uneven, untruthful results. The owner said hes an independent contractor. And no refunds is a policy. There is no policy I signed from him or from the store or online that states that. Please help!!

    CAPELLI SALONS & CAPELLI MILANO LLC did not service this client. This client was serviced by an outside independent contractor (Shane) As mentioned in her complaint. Shane pays rent to rent a private station/booth and conducts all of his own business transactions and has no connections with our business. That is other than to say Shane is a Tenant/customer of this SALON as he pays monthly rent. 

    I highly recommend she talk with Shane directly. As we do not have any financial dealings with Shane nor his customers.
