    We hired ******* in January 2024 (business was formerly knotty artisan but advertised as Vegas epoxy countertops on ******** now) to make us epoxy countertops and a backsplash for our kitchen. We paid an initial $1644 deposit and then an additional $1000 deposit when we added the backsplash later on. Fast forward a few months and we find Bronsons work to be very poor. We gave him several chances to correct the mistakes. Hes very hard to get a hold of - ignores messages and phone calls - so this process took a lot longer than it needed to. Finally, in June we decided we were still unhappy with his product so we came to an agreement for a full refund of the deposits. Of course he went silent again and after sending him a not so pleasant text, he refunded the initial $1644. Then he asked for one specific piece of his work back to get the remaining $1000 which we happily obliged. And again, he goes radio silent. Hes blocked us from social media and any form of contact. Weve filed complaints with the contractors board and other entities. With some digging, *** learned Im not his only victim. Hes a serial con artist!

    We hired ******* @ Vegas Epoxy Countertops to make us new kitchen counters when we decided to renovate our kitchen in 12/23. He quoted us $3288. I paid the deposit of $1644 in 1/23 to get the work started. Shortly after, we decided we wanted a backsplash to match the counters which ******* told us he'd be able to do. He quoted an additional $2000 for the addition of the backsplash so I paid a $1000 deposit in Feb.After a long wait period, ******* came in March to do a partial install of the counters. We were unhappy w/ the quality so he returned another day to sand down the flaws and apply a top coat that led to more problems. His solution was to sand again. We were still unhappy w/ the quality so we came to the agreement that he would repour the entire counter. At some point during all of this he had returned to install the remaining 2 counter pieces that were missing which we also were not completely happy w/ but given all the problems we were already encountering, we decided we would settle with it. We also decided that we no longer wanted him to do a backsplash and asked him to put the $1000 deposit to the counter balance.******* eventually returned to remove the counter for another redo. During that process, my bf noticed that they damaged our new sink while trying to detach it. Again, some time had passed and he came back w/ the replacement counter which looked worse! It was a different color and sheen as well as uncountable flaws. He agreed that it did not match so he would schedule to redo it, yet again. He and his assistant also reattached the plumbing to the kitchen sink which is now leaking. By this time it was end of May. He said he would be out of town for a week and would order new prints in the mean time. My boyfriend reached out to him on several occasions since then only for ******* to ignore communication. We gave him until *** 6/14 to rectify the situation but we have not heard back from him.

    Recently hired this company to redo our countertops from a flood incident. It has been over 6 months and yet to be completed. Countertops have been done twice and need to be redone a 3rd time but the company has chose not to respond anymore. Our countertops are incomplete, 2 different colors and our sink is leaking from the garbage disposal after ******* (owner) installed it. We have reached out through text, phone calls and no response. This whole project started mid December and been a complete mess. Installing countertops with major issues of peeling, bubbling, patches around sink area leading ******* to redo the 1st time. 2nd time was installed with the wrong color and design with bubbles, peeling and cracking once again. Only this time he did not install our sink and garbage disposal correctly and now it is leaking into our new cabinets we just had installed. We have placed a bowl under neath to catch the leaking water. I personally spoke the ******* on the 7th and he said he would be out the next day to take a look and remeasure our counters to redo for 3rd time. Since then we have had zero response from him. We reached out via text, phone calls and ******** with no luck. We would like to get this resolved quickly due to the water leak we have under our sink at the moment. Also, when he was removing the countertop to redo the 2nd time, he scratched our brand new under mount sink and did not have fixed or replaced with a new one. Scratches around entire lip of our stainless steel sink ($500 additional). We are hoping to get our $2,644 initial deposit as well as be compensated for the brand new sink of $500. We believe this company should be responsible for these fees as well as whatever costs and repairs that need to be done to fix the leaks.
