    On June 8, 2024 I scheduled an appointment for a CPR class that would take place on June 23 at 6 pm. I paid ***** for the class. The day of the appointment I received a text message at 5:21 am saying that I should bring proof of buying an ebook manual from the **** They would not let me access the class until I show proof. In there website nowhere does its say that I had to buy a book to get access to this class. They added the charge after I already paid the ***** upfront. I called them and canceled the appointment the same day. At 9:46 am I sent an email to their customer service telling them why I cancelled the class. I called the company and they wouldnt refund my money.I told them it was dishonest to charge customers if they already booked without telling them that they have to pay an extra *****. I told them it was best to put the prices upfront and let the customers decide if they wanted to do business with this company. All I want is my money back.

    Hi,

    I hope you are well. We contacted *********************************** on July 2nd to offer a 50% refund, but we didnt receive a response from him. Despite this, our agent went ahead and processed the partial refund.

    If he had responded, we would have been able to offer a full refund. We will now process the refund for the remaining half. The funds will be available on the customers account within 5-10 working days depending on the bank's processing time.
