I cannot give them a big fat 0 or I would. They are crooked and rip people off. They took almost $16,000 of my money to settle debt and now I am being sued for the full amount 4 years later. These people are crooks, RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!! They will drain your bank account and still sleep at night. Evil to the core. This is what they took from me and they will take if from you too in a heart beat. They also "offer" Strategic Options service to "negotiate" debt that you never hear from. They negotiate nothing. I want my money back. $750.00 $316.26 $316.26 $316.26 $316.26 $489.05 $489.05 $389.05 $489.05 $189.05 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05 $549.11 $449.11 $449.11 $449.11 $449.11 $449.11 $449.11 $449.11 $449.11 $449.11 $449.11 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05 $399.05 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05 $389.05

The client is mistaken in characterizing the DAN service as a "settlement company." The DAN program creates new agreements with creditors that are more beneficial to debtors. This was achieved on all enrolled accounts. Queries made of the client above's agent, Strategic Options, inform settlements were reached and agreed to by this client on several negotiated settlements using Strategic Options. DAN paid for the professional SO settlement services, and the client paid NOTHING. The client then defaulted on the agreed settlement payments with the creditors, knowing it would trigger the reinstatement of judgments.

The client is not mistaken in that DAN took almost $16k from my bank account to kick the can down the road. I was told they would send the creditor $25.00 monthly and now I am being sued for the full amount. Strategic Options said they would likely settle for $800. And if SO is not "affiliated" with DAN then why are they paying you? And I couldn't work with the creditor on the agreed settlement payments because SO had power of attorney over MY account and the creditor indicated they could not speak with me or negotiate with ME about the debt from 2016. Now it is back. Thanks DAN! I could have paid them off with the $16k you took. Just stay away.
