  I was referred to Charles ********** and agreed to pay $500 for services to remove hard inquiries. He received payment through *****, then provided no documentation, contract, or any information in writing about his services or any receipt of payment. In 2 months, nothing has changed and I have left numerous texts and phone calls to get updates on progress, but I have received no response in over a month. This guy is a scam artist!!

  Unresolved promises on work that was paid for [credit repair services] but never done or completed.
  No customer service. Waste of $500 plus dollars.
  I will have to take it as a Lost.
  My credit score is almost at 700 without their help.
  Scam company taking people hard earned money.
  I have learned my lesson.

  I rarely leave reviews however I have to leave this review in celebratory of being approved for 2 dump trucks for business.. Charles cleaned my personal credit but expressed to me that it would be beneficial for me to build my business credit. Within 20 days my Duns and Brad paydex score was at 100. I wish I could give him 10 stars and change his name to the magician because he worked his magic in my life....it's up from here along with a 20k gas card...

  Paid him for credit repair and I haven’t heard from him since! A complete scam!

  Tyrone thank you for your review unfortunately we reviewed every Tyrone in our system and their files are complete. We found no client in our system with your last name. Most consumers unable to read their credit report and that’s what we need to get better at as a company by helping each client become savvy enough to review their own credit report daily. Some key points to look for is your credit utilization. This can drop you scores more than 100 points which we are not responsible for. Also making payments on time are very important as that will drop your score over 100 points as well. Unfortunately it’s not our responsibility to make your payments on time. In regards to communication we have customer service line that is answered and recorded 6 days a week. That number is 702-202-2828. Also we have an customer service email that is given to every new client for all questions that’s [email protected]. Also we have a huge following on social media where we respond typically within 24 hours. All these details are on every page that you left your review on. When you have a free moment please contact us so we can offer you a full refund in exchange for a notarized document asking the credit bureaus to add back any negative item to your credit report that we removed during our time of dispute.
