    My mom was scammed for $14,000USD that was transferred via bitcoin in a Coinhub ATM. The company was not helpful in preventing or reversing the transaction. We provided the details of the transaction and details but nothing was done and only referred to the ***. A complaint with the *** has also been filed.

    On Sept 26 I was the victim of a scam which involved sending money though coin hub. I had sent 4 transactions to the scammers. I contacted their customer service number ************ and communicated via text with someone to make aware. when transactions were checked one transaction failed of $7100. I was told to E mail their compliance ***** I filed a police report that evening. I received an E mail from the compliance **** to fill out a refund request and have it notarized and E mail that along with a copy of police report which I did. I communicated with a Kylie ******* She E mailed me back on Oct 9 the notarized refund request I sent her with her signature for my records verifying the companied acceptance for my records. The total amount of my refund was $ ******** as the transaction fees were also included. I hadn't received my check and on Oct 24 I E mailed Kylee ****** at compliance **** to ask about the status of refund check. I did not get any response back. I have sent E mails on Oct 24, Oct 30, Nov 5 with no response as well. I ***** the customer service number and they said they will reach out to compliance ***** I again texed to the 702 number on 11/4 and was told compliance **** would get back to be that day. I got no response from compliance ***** I texed the 702 number again on Nov 5 to let them know I did not hear back from them but haven't gotten a reply. I also E mailed compliance **** twice again with no response on the status of my refund check.

    Date of transaction : February 5th--17th 2023 (or around there)The Amount: $29,700 USD , $35,000 USD Contact : I tried to contact coinhubatm multiple times through the texting number ************ and email: [email protected]'ve had no reply from them Resolution: I would like to get receipts for the two largest purchases I made with them.Problem encountered :When making the purchase of Bitcoin at the **** the *** lost internet connection so I was never able to get a picture of the ** code or receipt . I have been , since then, trying to contact them to get the receipts but have been unsuccessful at attaining them.I have been locked out of my wallet and I need a physical receipt of the transactions, please.
