    On November 20th I had placed an online order with what i thought was the original Benchmade *** out of ******. So on the 8th of December I placed a call to Benchmade *** asking about my order. **** the consumer specialist asked me for my order # which is UB4086, **** Informed me that number is not a legit order number with their *** **** then preceded to inform me this is not a legit company and they have had several issues with them. I have e-mailed this outfit i had placed my online order from and have gotten nothing but a run around. I asked them to cancel my order and want a refund ASAP. They told me its to late to cancel my order. So this is why i am contacting you. Here is what little information I have. OLIVENORMA Ph# *************** ** *****. I'm sure this number is not real. This ** out of ** even sent me a 34 digit tracking # from the ***** My understanding is the Postal only uses 22 or 24 #. I even tried to track that number and nothing came up. They even had the nerve to tell me I owed them .30 and wanted my CC# which I did not give them (gut feeling) So if there is anything you can do to get a refund or even shut them down, I would be grateful. If you need anymore Information please let me know. I have canceled my bank card, just incase. Thank you for listening. Sincerely ***

    To whom it may concern, I want to inform you that through the time i started this process I was convinced that i had been takin to the cleaners so to speak. But i received a package from "shipping center ONT ***********************************

    suite 300 ******, ** *****" On December 13th of 2023. In that package was the Benchmade knife i had ordered. It took 24 days to receive the item i ordered from Benchmadesite.com. So, I am informing you that I have received

    my purchase. But i do believe it is a knock-off of an original Benchmade Knife. i am not sure where BBB will take it from here, I wanted to inform the BBB of my issues i had with this company.  Thank you for your help in looking into 

    my complaint. I'm thankful for the BBB in helping people and or companies with issues at hand.
