We are merely a ticket provider and not the venue. We do not make decisions regarding entry. It is the venue who decides whether refunds can be given. If the venue instructs us to provide a refund, we will do so. If we can get more information like the name of the venue, name of the concert, the date of the event, and the confirmation number, we can assist in researching to see what might have happened and possibly work with the venue to see if a refund is possible.

I purchased tickets for Kylie Minogue on October 30th. Within a day, I had multiple scam changes on that credit card. I have never had scam changes before in over 20 years. This experience is not exclusive to me. Multiple people are figuring out that if they bought tickets from ******* their card was compromised. This is literally their one job, to process data safely.

I ordered tickets thru Urvenue for a Chris Brown concert that was supposed to be on July 29th, I ordered 2 tickets, which each was $400 plus their fees. As we arrived to the venue, they were scanning tickets, the lady stated that the tickets I had already had been scanned, and she wasn't able to let me in, which I was lost because I ordered them online and they were mobile tickets. I had went to another concert they had the night before with no problem, I reached out to let them know one set of tickets worked but the ones for Chris Brown did not, they stated they would process my request and Drai's would issue me the refund, but I have been writing them for about 4 months just for them to tell me their going to deny my refund of over $400, for something that was on their end. I just want my refund that is alot of money to just throw away or not retrieve especially since I didn't make the concert.
