    I had same problem they took my money and no receipt won't return my calls and can't get ahold of anyone.

    I had implants installed at Bionic Smile inplant center in Las Vegas Nv. The day before I had the post installed for the perment teeth. Which are screwed into my bone in my mouth and is very tender. The installer tortured me for over an hour and would not give me the much needed Novacaine shots until I suffered as long as I could. Often stepping out of the room and making fun in the hallway with other employees. I have high blood pressure and a slight heart condition. I could have died in the chair. I asked her for shots and she would not give them to me at all. She just keep on hurting me and laughing. She should be fired! After an hour of her doing this on purpose I finally did get Novacaine shots while she was still making jokes. I told her I had to go to the restroom and she told me if I went to the restroom that I would not get the Novacain shots so I set back down and she said that she was just kidding. This by far the worst theatment I have recived in my whole life. Also the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life. I am considering a lawsuit and will be looking into this option.

    They do NOT return phone calls. I had the procedure, was promised after care paperwork to provide my dentist and receipts via email and have not received anything. I have called numerous times and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return messages.
