    On Monday, April 3, 2023 I had an appointment at Boca Dental and Braces. My appointment was for an exam. After I had gotten my x-ray and was waiting for the dentist I had received an alert on my phone from a credit bureau about my credit report. At the moment I did not look into as the dentist entered the room. My teeth were examined and the dentist was explaining to me about my treatment and how he would recommend me doing one procedure rather than the other so I would not have to pay so much out of pocket. I was confused by the out of pocket comment because I have dental coverage. I then left the dentist office. I later checked my credit report and saw that my credit report was checked numerous times by a few different companies. When I googled these companies I saw that they were healthcare creditors. I called the dentist office and asked them if my credit was ran. I spoke with *******, who is at the front desk and ********, who is the office manager. They both told me that they run credit to see if I was eligible for financial assistance, that the system they use automatically runs your social security number once it is put in. I asked both employees how would they would have known if I needed financial assistance before they knew what treatment I needed. I never told them I needed financial assistance. I never gave them permission or consent to check my credit report. They did this without my knowledge. I was told by a former employee, ***********************, that the system does not automatically run your credit, that someone has to do it on their own. I have both soft inquiries and hard inquires on my credit report from this that I did not consent to. This is a violation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I later contacted my dental insurance to see why my treatment would not be covered. I was told that my dental plan was never contacted by the dentist office to check my benefits. That my treatment would be covered and I should not have to pay out of pocket.

    ON TUESDAY JULY 27TH I WENT TO THIS PLACE TAKING MY 2 DAUGHTERS **************** ONE OF 9 YEARS OLD AND ONE OF 7 YEARS OLD, AND AT FIRST, I WAS SUSPICIOUS BECAUSE WHY THE CHILDRENS UNDERAGE ENTER ALONE, AFTER SOME TIME THEY CALLED ME, SO THAT THEY WE SET UP A TREATMENT FOR BOTH OF THEM WICH I HAD TO PAY $3600. DLS WICH I SUPPOST TO PAY IN PAYMENTS WITH A LOAN WITH BYTE ****************** AND $380 DLS OF DEPOSIT, BALACE REMAINING $3240, SO THEY SAID FIRST FOR *** WE ARE EXTRACTING 2 THEETH AND THEY DID, I WAS OK WITH THAT AND THAT HAPPENS ON THURSDAY AUG 18TH, AND THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER APPOITMENT FOR THE CROWNS ON TUESDAY AUG 23RD AT 9:00 AM, WITH NO FOOD IN HER STOMACH, AND I THOUGH WAS A LOT OF ANNESTESIA FOR TWO CROWNS WHEN SHE IS 9 YEARS BUT OK MAYBE FOR HER WEIGHT WAS THE RIGHT AMMOUNT, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT WHEN MY CHILD WALKED OUT FROM THERE. THEY GAME A BAG WITH 3 MORE TEETH WHEN THEY NEVER TOLD ME, SORRY BUT I GOT SO MAD, I ASKED THEM WHAT PAPERS I WAS SINGNING, 3 PAPERS, THEY SAID 1 FOR THE OXYGEN, 2 FOR THE CROWNS, 3 FOR THE ANNESTESIA. NEVER FOR MORE EXTRACTIONS. NO WONDER THE USED A LOT OF ANNESTESIA. I GOT SO MAD AND I CANCEL ALL THE TREATMENT. THEY SAID I CAN'T, BECAUSE THEY NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER APP TO GET XRAY AND SEND IT TO THE *** FOR THE *** THING, AFTER A MONTH THEY FINALLY GOING TO WORK ON THAT THING I PAID, SO I SAID NO, BECAUSE I WANT TO CANCEL EVRYTHING, I JUST DON'T WANNA BACK TO THIS PLACE WITH MY DAUGHTERS, I TOOK *** TO THE HOSPITAL THE SAME NIGHT HER FACE WAS NUM ALMOST TILL THEY AYE FOR THE WHOLE DAY, I WAS SO SCARED FOR MY DAUGHTER, SO PLEASE HELP ME TO CANCEL THE TREATMENT AND THE ****** I CALLED TO THE FINANCIAL AND THEY SAID YES THEY WILL HELP BOCA DENTAL DON'T WANT TO HELP. I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE GETTING IN TO THIS, THEY HAVE TO STOP DOING EXTRACCTIONS WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. PD: MY FIRT LANGUAGE IS SPANISH SO, SORRY IF I WROTE SOMETHING WRONG, I FEEL DESPARETE, PLEASE HELP ME.
