    It's awesome, it does just as it says. It removed puppy urine smell from my carpet, big dog smell from the furniture. It's truly amazing. The proof is in the pooph!!!!! Only problem is it takes to long to get it, even when I paid for it to be expedited. I contacted them via email and they did resolve the problem and sent me an additional bottle for the inconvenience.

    All the reviews look the same. I ordered this product on 3/17/23 still have not received. Paid through PP and they have not gotten back with me about cancelling payment. NOTHING is being done. Is this a bogus company??

    I ordered **************************** was processed on 1/6/23. On 2/8/23 I sent a msg: product not rec. called cust service on 2/27/23: want product asap or a refund. Called &left msgs numerous times. No response. Its 4/5/23. NO Results

    I ordered the Pooph spray in January and paid to have the order processed quick. I have not received this product and I have reached out to them and they have never replied.

    I attempted to post this review on their website but they wont allow it because it relates to customer service. They said to contact customer service for those issues; lets think about that for a minute. The problem is with customer service so cont act customer service instead of leaving a review about the absence of customer service. Bad company. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the product to ship. Then they stated they would refund the $5.95 priority processing fee but never did that either. Won't answer their phones or return messages. Won't respond to emails and dont fullfi their promises. Product does not work on dog urine either. Bottles were not sealed when shipped so a lot of the product was lost in the bubble wrap. Do not do business with these people.
