      I spent over $1,000 at House of CB for their bridal collection because I am getting married this year. I bought a wedding gown (******** for $974) and a reception dress (******* for $285). This transaction happened on November 23rd, and my return window was valid until December 26th. Both dresses did not fit and I returned them both during their 28 day return window on December 9th. House of CB refuses to return my money because they claim my items were received on December 28th which is outside of the 28 day return window. It is not my fault that shipping delays occur during the holiday season, and it is not the fault of the postal services either. I followed their 28 day policy and the items were returned in excellent condition. I've emailed them multiple times but they refuse to refund my money and now they will not respond to my emails at all.

      I ordered 2 items in august for a wedding. I was suppose to receive my items within a week. Several days then weeks went by and I kept reaching out to the company for updates. With no updates and my item still not delivered I told the company, at that point, I didnt even want the dresses. I had to travel during the month of October and a few days after returning I decided to reach out to the company , again, for a full refund. This is when they expressed delivery of my items which happened to be on the exact same day I left for my trip. I asked my apartment t management along with my neighbors and no one had seen any packages for me. I told them I was away for 5 days and came home to no delivery. I even sent proof of my flight itinerary to show I was not even on the country. Now theyre asking for my government identification to issue a refund??? That is insane because not only am I not comfortable with sending more private information to a company who doesnt even stand by their customer but they have all the info they need to issue me a refund including my payment info. Ive never heard of an online business requesting a passport or government ID for a refund. That is bizarre and not trustworthy. I spent $505 with this company over 2 months ago and still have not received my item nor my money back for an order that was suppose to only take several days to deliver. Theyre not even taking responsibility. Theres been about 15 to 20 emails between me and this company this far. *** even asked to speak to a manger or someone of a higher authority and they have not Reached out to me. m at my **** end

      I purchased two dresses from house of CB for $588. I also separately purchased two corsets for $250. None of the items fit so I returned both. I returned the $588 first and then the $250. I received an email from both orders that they received my items and will be refunding me to my original payment. The one for $250 was returned but the one for $588 was not. I have proof of return and proof that house of cb received my item and was going to refund me. I contacted my bank and filed a claim and now Im filing a complaint here to really get them to return my money. This is complete bullshit!!! You take my dresses I returned and dont refund me. What are you nuts?!

      I MADE TWO (2) PURCHASES AND BOTH WERE RETURNED SUCCESSFULLY . ITS BEEN OVER 1 MONTH, I SENT EMAIL MESSAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE AND NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME ABOUT MY REFUND.       Hello, my name is **** S******* I've been trying to contact House if CB through email on their website for the past week with no response when they clearly state that they will respond to inquiries within 24h. I placed an order last Sunday on 8/28 totally over $220 for a dress that I need for my sisters wedding in 1 week and I never received any kind of confirmation email or tracking information. My order was suppose to arrive yesterday, today at the latest (09/01) according to their shipping policy. My order number is *******. I'm very worried because of how soon I need my garment and I've read the other complaints to the BBB about this company which is very concerning.

      My order was placed on August 27th just before 11:30 am and I received a confirmation that it had been placed. Prior to this, the estimated delivery date was August 31st and on their website they state that orders are shipped in 2-3 working days.August 31st came and I had yet to receive any tracking number from them. I left a comment on their Instagram page at around 8:30 am that same day and they deleted it without responding. (They have done this to other customers especially around the holiday seasons when their orders can take weeks to be delivered) I emailed them, directly messaged them on Instagram and submitted a form through their website that night requesting a cancellation because I was led to believe my order would arrive on the date that they gave me and I did not want to pay for shipping to return the item because they were responsible for the delay. On Instagram they read my message and about an hour later they dispatched my order. They never responded to that direct message but sent an email apologizing that the order was dispatched before they could cancel it and listed what courier services I could use to avoid high fees on shipping returns.This is the third instance that this has happened to me. The first time they offered to pay for the return fees but this time and the time prior they refused to do so. If your business is unable to deliver on the services that your website advertised take those statements down.My order number is ******* I paid $260 in total including taxes for this order. I am a longtime customer and have been purchasing clothing from them since 2019. I understand that delays happen. However, when the mistake is on their end, they should be held accountable for their errors. The fees always land on the customer. I am not asking for a full refund of the order, I am just asking that they pay the fee for shipping when I return the item.Screenshots verify the timeline.

      I purchased a dress from House of CB in June, and wore the product for 3 hours and got very serious skin rash, and the parts that were not covered by the dress were fine, and I have no allergy history to the material of the dress. I had to visit urgent care and received medications for 2 days since the rash was getting more obvious and I started to have difficulty breathing even if I took the dress off. I contacted my situation with the medical report and the pictures of my skin rash to house of cb and requested for a return. However, it has been two months, they only asked me to wait and never really resolved the problem.
