Preventative Diagnostic Center abuses the fine print of a ******* to hookwink elderly and disabled persons such as myself into a high pressure hour plus long sales pitch. I was in great pain trying to fight my narcolepsy to stay awake so I could finally get the agreed upon urgent medical procedure. Finally I was given a 2 minute scan of my body and promised results within 10 days. After 20 days I sent an email and tried to call the medical center. Email was not returned and phone calls are not answered. I then checked online review sites and found this is common practice for Preventative Diagnostic Center. See attached examples. A copy of my emails is also attached. To hoodwink elderly disabled persons is unconscionable. ******* also participates in this fraud by enabling Preventative Diagnostic Center, ******* allowed Preventative Diagnostic Center to remove my complaint from the ******* review section for the business and blocked me from replacing the review today.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/28/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/08) */ To whom it may concern, Part of our heart scan promotion is an hour-long consultation between the patient and our imaging consultant, in which it clearly states on the email confirmation that Mr. ******** received when he scheduled his own appointment, as well as when our patient coordinator spoke with him directly to qualify Mr. ******** and determine that he fit our medical criteria. Mr. ******** did not use ******* as he stated, nor do we have the ability to block him from posting on *******. As we have stated to Mr. ********, the report was mailed to him directly on 6/10/2022 and again on 6/30/2022, we have also faxed the report to a fax number that he provided. As we have used our allowed resources to get the report to Mr. ********, he may pick-up a copy of his report at any time between 8:00-4:00pm Monday through Friday. At this time, If Mr. ******** is unable to come into the office to pick up his repost and would like a refund, please have Mr. ******** call the office so we can accommodate him. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) All mail received at my address is carefully logged by an independent third party. That log shows no receipt of mail from Preventative Diagnostic Center until after my complaint with BBB and emailing a copy of my complaint to them. As my exhibits show ******* offered the service and reviews show it was offered as of the date of my service. In addition a google search of ******* Preventative Diagnostic Center will show you the ******* offer in the cached ads in June. This business sent a report with no doctor evaluation, just broad cut and paste online materials in general. Considering my results were high risk individual the medical site had promised a phone call. They did not call. This business lacks ethics, lies, and endangers the disabled and elderly such as myself Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/07/14) */ In response to Mr. ********, our scans are read by a broad-certified Radiologist who uses a recognized medical template to report his findings. As he has acknowledged that he did receive his report, it is unfortunate that Mr. ******** is unhappy with his results, therefore we have processed a refund for Mr. ********. This matter is closed on our side and wish Mr. ******** best of luck. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2022/07/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I acknowledged receipt a month late after lying they sent it and a vague report with no promised doctor call, just a radiologist cutting and pasting a template. This business is a dangerous snake oil salesman pretending to be a medical facility. It needs to be audited by the medical board.
