  Structures their solicitations to look like a bill. They don't have a real product. Their entire business model is making money off people who don't know their solicitation is a phishing attempt to get people to pay them money for services not rendered. I'll never get that ten minutes of my life back that I spent trying to figure out what this was. and now I'm mad that people like this exist. It's bad enough that there are MAGA repubs, now this.

  Please shut this company down or better yet take them to court. They are legit preying on the people. $288 for 2 years is enough for easily 8 years with any other domain provider. Thanks!

  We received a letter in mail from this company suggesting that we needed to submit a payment of $288.00 by a due date in order to maintain our domain listing. This date happened to coincide with our annual website domain renewal, and so we made the payment online. I never received a copy of my receipt and after searching online, I found out that this company is running a scam: https://www.artunlimitedusa.com/blog/domain-listings-scam; They make their solicitation letters look like a real invoice and prey upon small non-profits trying to stay conscientiously up-to-date on their bills. What an absolutely awful company. We would like our money refunded immediately.

  We are a client of Domain Listings (have ben for years now). Although, this is the first time I have called in just to ask a few questions, the person on the phone (she said her name was Kim), was extremely rude and seemed to be very impatient with answering my questions, every response was exasperated and unprofessional. After 2 questions i asked " I'm sorry but is there another person I can speak with?", she hung up in my face, I called back 4x to be hung up on every time. Then asked to speak with a manager and she said call back Monday, then hung up in my face again.
  We definitely wont be doing business with this company any more.

  I wasn't calling to be removed from a "mailing list", we are one of Domain Listings LLC customers, but after that encounter we will no longer do business with Domain Listings and frankly, after researching your company more, we are looking into the validity of your company. It seems that we have been charged for years on end fraudulently.

  Yes, actually I did have questions, upon reconciling our accounts we found out that we have been paying your company almost $1K per year since 2018 for services that your representative couldn't even explain to me. This seems to be fraudulent/ misrepresented services, and the fact that your representative couldn't even tell me what we were paying for only confirms our suspicion.
  We would like to be refunded all money paid to you in the past year $626.

  Same experience as the other reviews. Received an "invoice" by mail that has our non-profit domain name, description of services, and a total amount for an annual listing. It has a perforated payment slip on the bottom of the invoice that you enclose in the addressed envelope with your check. There was small, light print in between two lines of text that said this is not a solicitation, but the way the rest of the invoice was worded and designed it is clear the company is trying to trick unsuspecting victims. Our treasurer almost paid this thinking it was legitimate. This is a fraudulent scam from a horrible company. Not sure why they are allowed to stay in business and really confused the BBB awards them a "B" rating. Avoid at all costs.
