    I spent $195 on **************************, half way through the forms, I had a change of heart and wanted to cancel for a refund. It was within less than 24 hours and I did not receive any help or did they do any processing or any type of work on my case. I called and they said they would refund. They wanted me to sign a "refund policy" to not contact my bank. I did because i believed they were ethical but now I feel scammed. 1 month has passed and they have not issued it. This is unjustified and i lost almost $200 for nothing. Is there anything I can do? ******. Unethical business.

    On 4/30/23 I found a website called texasdivorceonline. I signed up to create an account. You had to pay $195 to see any other information as soon as I pain it I immediately saw I didnt need the service. So I called and emailed them to cancel it. They said the would. Well 1 month goes by with no refund so I dispute it with my bank, they tell me ** I disputed it with the bank I would have to wait on my bank. My bank calls them after 2 months for them to lie and say I used thier services. Mind you they deleted my account the second I asked for a refund. They stole $195 from me and I have all of the proof in emails and recorded calls

    I paid this company to help file for online divorce. April 2023. Email said in 2 business days, I would receive my forms. 15 days passed, I contacted then several times and no forms. I requested a refund because they did not do what they said, and I have not received my refund. On top of that, my account didn't exist anymore and I couldn't log in anymore. Fraudulent! Terrified the private information they now contain.
