    January 7th, 2025 I went to *********** for legal paternity testing. Samples were collected and pictures taken on that day. Processing for such service BEFORE receiving results was $260 collect up front. Lady that helped stated they should have results NO LATER then Friday (Tuesday of that the day I went).Tuesday the 14th, comes around of the following week since I had not heard anything. I called and spoke to the same lady, asked about my results. She seemed lost and was like "Oh, let me look into it" after being unsure. She then stated that it was pending because they had forgot to send or attach some information they needed. That she will call tomorrow and get that going.Friday the 17th, STILL have not heard anything, I called once again to figure out what is the delay. I called, same lady, seemed confused and wondering why results are delayed. She said she will look into it and call the lab, but since i called later in the day she stated they were closed that she will call and should get a call by next week by Tuesday with answers.Tuesday the 21st, no call back, I called my self once again. She answers and said "oh , I will look into it " stated she apologized that she admitted it was her fault for this whole delay she not submitting the needed documents on time. That she will have an Answer for sure tomorrow morning.Wednesday 22nd, I called approximately 2:51pm since I never received that MORNING call like how she stated. No one ********** this point , I'm beyond in disbelief how these people run a business , lack of professionalism, Incompetent people running this business and conducting these services. Like why?!My ideal resolution for this aggravating , embarrassing situation is a FULL refund for not receiving the service I paid for to receive in a timely manner. In addition, My actual results that I have been patiently waiting for and deserve.

    AAA DNA takes pride in caring for our clients from the initial call through to delivering their results.  We are sorry that this client experienced these delays.  There were extenuating circumstances at the business during this time frame, but those do not change her experience nor are they hers to be concerned with.  

    While we recognize that we can't give her back the time in the delay receiving the results, we resolved it with her by willingly provided both the full refund and the results, as she requested.

    This is an unusual occurrence for us in the 23 years we have been in operation.  We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this situation with the client directly.
