    We adopted a dog awhile ago and decided to get a trainer for her. We found this company and it looked promising, so we decided to move forward with them. We paid $1295 for this training company just to have a handful of training sessions. Our first training session was back in September of 2023. It was going well for the first few weeks, after that, we hardly heard from Rich, and training sessions became slim to none. My dog needs all the help she can get, and i am aware that **** has some health issues, and i completely understand. I do not agree however with the fact that clearly these health issues are enough for him to put his business on the back burner, yet advertise himself to people needing a trainer, taking their money from them, training their dog for a week or so and then bailing. We reached out on December 3, 2023 for a refund to which we were told he does not offer refunds. If youre going to operate a business, make sure you have the time to spare before having people waste their money on you. Once again, we paid $1295 for this training service, just for my dog to be the exact same with zero progress made. I would LOVE to get this $1295 back, so i can bring my dog to a trainer who actually would like to do the job, and not scam people out of good amounts of money.
