    Steve ******* is a crook that doesn’t know how to have a functional operating company. Picking your product and placing the order is seamless. They your confirmation email tells you due to the pandemic leads times are up to 3 weeks. We’re no longer in a pandemic, how about use (These are all custom made to order this is our lead time.) Regard less 3 weeks goes by (I purchased June 17 of 2023) I call goes to voice mail. Ok I wait a couple days for response none. I call again at an earlier time, and again no one can answer the phone? Left another message. A week goes by. And several emails, still no response. Now it’s July 27 2023 I called once again. Nothing. So July 28 I start digging to find this owner. All social media, internet, *******, and I finally find his linkden account. Try out his links on his profile find an email I haven’t seen on any of his company related sites. I message that email, the same message now goes that I no longer want your product and cancel and refund my money. To my amazement he responded, and was also upset with my way of coming at him in my email. But if it takes a detective to find you so you can respond to a paid customer of over a month is completely absurd. At first every message and email was a respectful customer questions like, “ hey I would like to know the lead time of my door? Do you have any information on my order? Can someone please get back to me?” Along all of those lines. Steve Tristan owner of Best custom Screens is downright crooked and doesn’t want to engage with any paying customers. Lead times are outrageous, you cannot get in contact with anyone just voicemails. 0/10 recommend doing any business with this company. If anyone else is having trouble getting ahold of this guy here’s the email I found that he actually responds too. Feel free to let him know where you got the email too. Maybe he will actually get ontop of his work and customer service. * * ************ ****
