    I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a purchase I made on February 5th, 2025 from Safe Driving School, which processed my payment over the phone through ********** for a total of $320.00.I paid this amount for driving lessons; however, the business has failed to provide a refund despite my repeated attempts to contact them. I have called, emailed, and attempted to reach the business, but I have not received any response or resolution. It has now been 33 days since my purchase and I have been contacting them for a refund since February 28th, and I am deeply concerned that I may not receive full refund for the driving lessons that I did not need and arent able to attend on April 3rd and 4th. Theres no refund policy on their website at all and theyre avoiding me every time I call and always telling me to call back later, and when I do theres still no help.I am not seeking an apology I am solely requesting a full refund of my payment for the services I will not be attending. If this matter cannot be resolved through communication, I may have no choice but to continue the dispute through my bank or further action. Please let me know if you require any additional information regarding my purchase, including transaction details, receipts, or correspondence with the business. I appreciate your time and assistance in resolving this matter thank you.

    In January 2025 you requested a refund for your granddaughter's lessons, and we worked it out to give your granddaughter lessons without a refund "Hello, this is Dayln from Safe Driving School thanks for taking the time to inquire to Safe Driving School! Whenever your available please give us a call back, so we can go ahead and get you started!
    We are open 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday- Friday!"

    I do have the 2 requested dates
    04/03 @ 10-12noon for driving lesson
    04/04 @ 12-2pm for DMV Appointment!

    By the time you decided that you did not want the lessons anymore in mid-March you had already disputed the charges because our bank notified us on March 20, 2025 in which we did not dispute returning your monies. *********** had been rendered so we did not dispute your claim. Which means your monies were returned.
